Clara’s Voyage of Renewal
Upon reading Emily’s note, Clara recalled her former passions. Clara took out her paints and brushes; it was a long time since she used them. She started making some artwork based on this balloon journey. The first thing that she was making was the painting of a red balloon floating through a golden sky-the hope and connections in life that are least expected.
Clara found great peace and happiness in painting. She even shared some of her art pieces with Emily, who was totally amazed at seeing how something so pretty resulted from her smallest gesture. For Clara, this serendipity event turned into a medium through which emotions were expressed and gratitude delivered.
Clara started volunteering at a local community centre, painting and dreaming big with a number of kids. Every time she told them the story of the balloon, the kids listened as if it was a magic thing, inspired by the fact that their actions could touch someone’s life in an unexpected manner.
