The Process of Adoption Starts
The shelter started the adoption process once the puppies were healthy and strong enough. Applications flooded in people with families eager to shower the pups with love. The shelter workers took their time to filter all the applicants so that the puppies could be placed in safe and nurturing environments.
Tom was quite instrumental in the process, helping to sort through applications at the shelter and even interviewing some potential adopters. He wanted each puppy to have a home where they would be loved and cared for. It was bittersweet for Tom; he was happy that they were finding homes but sad in thinking that they were not going to be with him.
Each puppy found a good home within a loving family. The shelter even arranged a special farewell ceremony. The adopters expressed excitement as well as gratitude, promising a life filled with love and happiness for the puppies.
