Publishing the Story
Having received very positive responses to her blog, Emma was inspired to publish Margaret’s story as a book. She worked hard to compile all the letters and diary entries into coherent submissions and her own reflections.
Writing was both cathartic and rewarding. It helped Emma relive her journeys of discovery while ensuring that Margaret’s story would be preserved for many generations to come.
The book was titled A Suitcase of Memories. It proved to be a sweet tribute to the strength, love, and resilience characteristic of Margaret’s life. It inspired people all over the world.
