Unrecognizable Swelling in the Midsection
As the workers looked at the length of the snake, one thing caught their attention—the center had a huge, bulging swelling on it. Its middle was very much bigger than any other part, and its scales were tightly stretched over the bulge. It seemed as if the snake had swallowed something huge a short while back. The bulge gives an unnatural look to the otherwise sleek snake as it moved down its body. The workers were unable to guess what that bulge contained.
The bulge sight prompted the group to converse mumblingly. Some of them thought that this snake has been eating just some days back something big enough to fill its body, maybe a deer or even a wild boar. Others felt a sort of anxiety with curiosity because they sensed it was no ordinary situation. They spotted such a huge bulge on the snake’s body and wondered how long it had eaten so that it might be dangerous or not.
The workers debated on what they were going to do next in consideration of the fact that any moving would provoke the snake and then cause further bad happenings. However, the strange bulge was a mystery they could not ignore. Fascination overruled their fear and they wanted to know more, moving closer to the snake slowly so as to see better and find out what lay within the serpent’s body.
